As a trauma-informed integrative and functional dietitian, I do not treat digestive issues in isolation-- because gut health and stress levels are deeply connected. There is no quick fix especially if you’ve struggled with digestive issues and anxiety for years. These issues impact every part of your body, from your mood and energy levels to your blood sugar, weight and immune system.
Long-term symptom relief requires looking at the full picture—including:
As a trauma-informed integrative and functional dietitian and health coach, I help you identify root causes, make sense of your symptoms, and take steps toward your health goals. I offer two distinct ways to support your well-being—whether you're seeking highly personalized care or the support of a community-centered group experience.
Start by asking yourself what kind of support you’re looking for. If you want a highly personalized, in-depth experience that includes lab testing, supplement guidance, and private health coaching tailored to your individual needs, ALIGN is the best fit.
If you’re looking for a structured, community-based program that helps you build habits to improve your energy, manage stress, and feel more grounded in daily life—and you identify as an AAPI woman trying to balance career and motherhood—then Attuned & Thriving would be the better match. This group program is intentionally designed to center AAPI women’s lived experiences in a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed space where participants feel seen, understood, and supported.
Still unsure? You’re invited to book a Resilience Strategy Session—a 1:1 consultation where we’ll explore your goals and determine the best next step for your care.
No medical diagnosis or lab results are not required to join Attuned & Thriving. If you’re interested in my ALIGN program, please note the following:
ALIGN includes functional lab testing, targeted medical nutrition therapy for specific health conditions, and one-on-one holistic support. In order to participate in ALIGN and receive the full range of these services, you must reside in California, Georgia, or Florida, due to state licensure laws for Registered Dietitians.
If you live in California, you are also required to obtain a referral from a licensed healthcare provider (such as an MD, DO, NP, or psychiatrist) before we begin. Once you’ve completed a Resilience Strategy Session and decide to move forward, I’ll provide the referral form for your provider to complete and return—it's a quick and simple step to get started.
If you are unsure, simply book a Resilience Strategy Session so we can review what your needs are.
Not at all. While many clients come to ALIGN with gut-specific issues like bloating or IBS, the program also supports people experiencing fatigue, anxiety, and metabolic disruptions like elevated blood sugar, cholesterol, and weight. I take a whole-person approach when working with clients and investigate how your nutrition, stress, sleep, and lifestyle all impact your wellbeing.
This group program is intentionally designed to center the lived experiences of AAPI women balancing their career with motherhood. If you do not identify with this, ALIGN would be a more appropriate and inclusive path for you to receive personalized support.
