ALIGN Deep Dive is a 12 week one-on-one program for high achieving women and men who want to feel confident and energized in their bodies again. This is a perfect fit for you if your stress and overwhelm make it hard to make sustainable diet & lifestyle changes, and you need extra support and accountability.

How ALIGN Deep Dive works:
Phase 1: Root-Cause Awareness (Month 1-2)
We will focus on:
- identifying sources of inflammation (ex. gut dysbiosis, nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities) with personalized labwork.
- getting clear on what foods improve energy and stress recovery, and which foods drain energy and add more stress to your body.
- exploring how lifestyle factors like diet, sleep, stress, and physical activity all affect your stress resilience, digestion capacity and metabolic health.

Phase 2: Building Body Trust (Months 2-3)
We will focus on:
- reconnecting you to your body cues related to appetite, hunger, fullness, and energy and mood
- increasing your capacity to manage and regulate your stress
- identifying stress and emotional eating patterns
- building sustainable habits and routines that support diet, physical activity, sleep, and stress resilience

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you only offer a 3 month package and not individual sessions?

This program was intentionally built this way because if you have dealt with years of chronic stress and/or digestive issues, a couple sessions are not enough to get the long term results you are looking for. It took years for you to get where you are, so it will take months - years to learn what your body needs, rebuild supportive habits, and create adaptive strategies so you feel confident moving through the natural ups and downs of life.

This sounds like exactly what I need, but I’m still on the fence about the commitment. What should I do?

Hope often intersects with fear, especially when you have been dealing with health issues for a long time. That is totally normal! To ensure you feel confident about making this decision, I have a 30 day guarantee policy. If you decide that we are not a good fit working together in 30 days, then you will have the option to exit our working agreement. So, what are you waiting for?

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance. I can provide you with a superbill, similar to an itemized receipt, so you can try to get partial reimbursement from your health insurance company (I would be considered an "out of network provider" under Registered Dietitian benefits) or Healthcare Savings Account (HSA). Please let me know if you need this before working with me.
