Group Health Coaching

Attuned and Thriving Program

The Purpose

Reclaim Energy and Clarity Together

Attuned & Thriving is a 14-week virtual group coaching program for AAPI women balancing career with motherhood, designed to prevent burnout by helping you reclaim your energy and mental clarity.

So many AAPI women carry the weight of responsibility—at work, at home, and within their communities. We’ve been taught to push through fatigue, silence our needs, and deprioritize our well-being in service of others.

Chronic stress doesn’t just affect your mind—it impacts your body, too. From energy-sucking anxiety, food cravings and elevated blood sugars, the effects are real and cumulative. In community with other AAPI women, you’ll have the space to name challenges that often go unspoken, and get the accountability you need to take steps that lead to real health changes.

This program exists to help you feel better in your body, more present in your life, and more aligned with the kind of parent, partner, and person you want to be.

What You Will Practice

Make Change that Fits Your Life

This program isn’t about adding more to your plate—it’s about creating space for the things that truly nourish you. Each step is designed to help you turn insight into action, in ways that feel doable and meaningful within the rhythm of your daily life. Here is what you can expect:

Start of the Program

You'll craft your own Thriving Well Vision & 3 Month Goals, a clear picture of what life could look if you were living in alignment with your values, feeling well, and creating space for the things that matter most.

Throughout the Program

Each session will help you build more mind-body awareness and share insights on what's holding you back. Each week, you can take small, meaningful action steps that connect to your vision. You'll receive a weekly check-in in your private community for continual accountability and support between our meetings.

To support you raising the next generation, every topic includes simple ways to teach your kids how to positively connect with their bodies, emotions, and needs.

End of the Program

At the end of the program, we will return to your Thriving Well Vision & 3 Month Goals set to see where you are in your journey and celebrate what you learned through this process.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I cannot attend a session?

You're welcome to attend the other women’s group that same week. If you can’t make either class times, you will have access to group session recordings posted in your virtual community within 2-3 days of the live group session.

How do I choose the right group for me?

When you register, you’ll choose the day and time that best fits your schedule. You’ll be assigned to that group as your “home” group for the full program. While occasional flexibility is available, you’ll be expected to attend your home group the majority of the time. This consistency helps build trust and connection within your cohort.

I’m not sure I’ll have time for this. How much time should I expect to commit?

The core time commitment is one 90-minute live session every other week, plus 30–60 minutes in between for personal practice, reviewing resources, and check-ins in the private community. You’re encouraged to engage at a pace that works for you.

How long will I have access to the program content?

You’ll have access to all session recordings, handouts, and optional learning resources until January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. After that time, access to the virtual community and shared materials will close.

To make the most of your experience, you’re encouraged to download and save any handouts, worksheets, or resources you’d like to keep well before that date.

If you're looking for continued support after the program ends, there may be an opportunity to join an exclusive alumni membership called The Attuned & Thriving Community – Nourishing the Next Chapter. This offer is still in development, and details will be shared with participants once available.

Is this program therapy?

No. This is a health coaching and education program, not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, or medical care. However, it can be an excellent adjunct to those services. Because Attuned & Thriving is action-focused and grounded in practical tools, it complements therapy and clinical health care by helping you apply insights through real-life behavior change, habit-building, and personalized self-care strategies.

I’m a parent—can this program help me support my child’s stress and well-being?

Attuned & Thriving is not a parenting or child-focused program. Instead, it’s designed to help you—as a parent—understand and manage your own stress, emotions, and health patterns with more clarity and compassion.

When you care for yourself in a sustainable and intentional way, you naturally expand your capacity to support others. The changes you make can positively influence your children, partner, and wider community.

If you're feeling overwhelmed or guilty for focusing on yourself, know this: caring for yourself isn't selfish. It's necessary. Your own well-being is the foundation for how you care for others, and it may be the missing piece if you've been struggling to support your child’s health and emotional needs.

Do I need to identify as AAPI to join?

This group program is intentionally designed to center the lived experiences of AAPI women balancing their career with motherhood. If you do not identify with this, the ALIGN program would be a more appropriate and inclusive path for you to receive personalized support.

What if I need more personalized support or have multiple medical concerns I want to address?

Attuned & Thriving is a group health coaching program designed to help you build sustainable lifestyle habits and reduce stress within a supportive community.

If you're managing complex digestive symptoms, multiple medical concerns, or want individualized guidance, consider ALIGN, my signature private program that delivers a personalized experience that blends holistic health coaching with functional nutrition.

ALIGN is a 6-month, one-on-one program that includes functional lab testing, nutritional supplement guidance, personalized nutrition and lifestyle planning, and deep support through private sessions and messaging between visits. If you're unsure which path is right for you, feel free to reach out—I'd be happy to help you decide.
